The Clinical Clerkship curriculum utilizes experiences with patients, peers, and faculty in clinical settings to develop students who are passionate about medicine. Students learn how to care for the full range of patient problems, acute, chronic, emergent, preventative, and rehabilitative, in inpatient, outpatient, and continuing care settings, including the skills and attitudes for compassion, honesty, and integrity.

Short-term housing is available within a short distance by car, bus, or train of the training site, student center, restaurants and grocery store. Each student will have a single bedroom with a full-sized bed and a private bathroom. The suites have a fully-equipped kitchen with cookware, cups, dishes, and eating utensils plus free high-speed Internet, a washer/dryer, and central air conditioning.
